The shooting Shirt is made as pictured and you can add a Custom Last Name to the back of the shirt. If you do not add a name at the time of your order, it will be blank on the back. Shirts take about 2 full weeks days to be customized.  The first order will not be placed until 9/10 with delivery around 9/30/2023.
